| Thanksgiving Dinner |
Not bad, not bad. No turkey... they don't get that until Christmas. They did however whip up roasted chicken and pork. At first, I gave the chef a list of staple menu items for a traditional Thanksgiving. He responded with an elaborate menu that excluded all the items I suggested. I'm too nice and almost gave into it however, I convinced Jason to talk to him with me (they take males much more seriously here). We, as in Jason, typed up a menu with what we originally asked for. He said he'd see what he could do, but we were surprised that it's basically what we asked for.... minus the dressing and pumpkin pie.

They started us out with vegetable topped brushetta and rolls followed by the meat, vegetables and potatoes. One of the sauces was cranberry based and I'm not sure what the other one was, but it was good. Of course, they served garlic and cheese naan as well. - they had to throw in and Indian staple! Instead of pumpkin pie they served us "pumpkin temptation" dessert. I'm not really sure what it was... kinda a cheesecake texture with a pumpkin flavor and carmel topping.

Hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving! We have so much to be thankful for. : )
And... Happy Birthday to Jasons mom, Kathy!
