Remember way back when we were somewhere besides India? We were reminded of Chile while out to dinner tonight. A few of the guys we have met over the last few weeks were going to the Taj Malabar for a Thai dinner and invited us along. One of the guys, Ian, used to stay there so he knew all the managers and therefore got us a good deal on food and drinks! Another perk to living in hotels :) We decided to splurge a bit and buy a bottle of Chilean wine. Absolutely.Wonderful.
I haven't updated you guys on our estimated date of arrival back in the US lately but I will tell you that we still don't know. Things aren't going that smoothly for the guys at work so it could be 1 more month......or 3. And yes, I do realize that I've been saying that for the last 4 months. We'll eventually make it back; i hope.
