India Housecalls?

Dad - this post is just for you!  Do you make housecalls to India??


Today we had the maintenance guys come look at the air conditioning.  It won't go below 75 degrees and when we first moved into this room, it did so we knew something was wrong.  Of course the guy finally comes and just changes the filter.  It was black.  Who knows how long it had been since they changed it.  The air is dirty here anyway so the normal 'every 6 months' shouldn't apply here.  More like every month maybe....   Anyway, I didn't want to be rude and take a picture of the filter so when he left to clean it, I climbed up on the sink to get a view of the unit in the ceiling.    Here are the pictures:

So dad...  what's wrong with it?  Can you come fix it please?
