1500 brown paper bags DONE! This is such a huge accomplishment for the kids and they were so proud! The lady in charge of the vocational unit made sure I took a few pictures of the bags so I gathered the kids up before I was quickly told that she wanted a picture of just the bags. Whatever she wants...but I still made the kids pose. They were proud and were working very hard when most of the vocational students were taking a few weeks (or two months like some other students) off. We still have about 1500 more to do, but we have a longer time to do those in. By the end of today, we had about 1600 complete and ready to go. The ladies in the kitchen were even helping...and I think a few of the parents volunteered too. What a great group :)
